We would like to bring to your attention that the TNC 2023 Emerging NREN Programme (ENP 2023) is now open for application.

The ENP is part of the AfricaConnect3 project, co-funded by the European Union, that seeks to unlock the potential of education and research through increased access to digital infrastructures and technologies for African education and research institutions.
The Alliance has funds to support two staff for this year’s edition. The application is open to NRENs’ engineering and technical staff. Women are encouraged to apply. Eligible NRENs are from Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Mozambique, Malawi, and Somalia. Sponsorship includes round-trip economy air ticket and daily per diem to meet accommodation, meals and out of pocket expenses.
In 2022 the Community was represented at the TNC22 (Trieste, Italy) by ZIMREN and BERNET.
Deadline for submission of proposals is February 28, 2023. Applicants will be notified by March 03, 2023.
