UbuntuNet Alliance is pleased to announce its 15th annual Research and Education Networking conference, UbuntuNet Connect 2022, which shall be a hybrid event in the capital city of Botswana, Gaborone, on 24th and 25th November 2022. The event shall be hosted by the NREN of Botswana, BotsREN.
The theme for is Redesigning the Digitalized African College and University. It looks broadly at the issues surrounding the redesign of digitalized universities in Africa. The conference shall have Keynote speeches, panel discussions, and paper presentations that shall address topics and anchor discussions on where we have come from, where we are today, where we should be heading, as well as the challenges and opportunities we face along the way as African institutions.
Through this theme, the conference will host discussions of utmost importance to university students, librarians, vice chancellors, ICT directors, NREN CEOs, international partners and private sector stakeholders within the Research and Education Networking community.
The call for abstracts for paper presentations and panel session proposals is now open.
