These are the standard contractual terms supporting the supply of goods and / or services to UbuntuNet Alliance
BETWEEN:
UbuntuNet Alliance, an non-profit Trust registered under the laws of Malawi, with registered address at: Off Mzimba Street, Onions Office Complex, P.O. Box 2550, Lilongwe, Malawi and with registration No.TR/INC 5798, (the “Customer“); and
(1) The Supplier
in each case a “Party” and collectively the “Parties“.
